It your responsibility to ensure that the uploading of any such information does not violate the rights of other individuals and that all applicable laws are complied with. We will make reasonable commercial efforts to ensure that any such information is not divulged to any third party without your consent, unless directed to do so by a court of law. Note that by entering the name of another user in the "Shared" box, you consent to the information contained within that record being divulged to the person so named. If you work as part of a team within an organisation, then you should also be aware that the organisation concerned may have access rights to any information entered under a team name as part of the "Team Review" system. Any records entered under the team description "Private" are not visible in this way. To comply with UK laws, any uploaded information about third parties must be accurate and must not be defamatory.

Any uploaded information about third parties will not be used by us for any purposes other than to make it available to you, anyone else that you specify in the "Shared" boxes and to your organisation via the "Team Review" system if one is in use. However, we reserve the right to derive statistical information, such as the number of records used, for the purposes of controlling the use of the site and to enable us to perform routine maintenance of and enchancements to the site. We also reserve the right in exceptional circumstances to examine any uploaded information in the event that a breach UK laws is suspected. If such a breach is determined by us to have taken place, then we reserve the right to delete any offending records and to terminate the account of the user concerned.

Uploaded information about yourself will only be used to enable us to operate the site effectively. This may include communicating with you from time to time on the use of the site and its status. We will not use any information provided for any other purposes such as advertising. If you opt to take part in any processes that clearly require your contact details to be provided to other users of the site, then so opting to take part constitutes giving permission for your contact details to be so divulged.

Site Availability and Security

The site is hosted by a professional hosting company that makes reasonable commercial efforts to ensure that the site is always available and that information is not destroyed accidentally. However, short breaks in service do occur occasionally, so no guarantee can be made that the site will be accessible 100% of the time. Similarly, no resonsibility can be taken by us, should any information be accidentally erased or corrupted. Therefore the user should ensure that any information stored on the site is copied elsewhere. We reserve the right to take the site off-line for short periods in order to carry out essential maintenance and to add enchancements. Normally, any such breaks are limited to a few minutes. In the event of a planned major upgrade or change, expected to last for a significant period, notice will be given in advance on the site.
